Place an Advert

What can I sell on Esperance Trader?
Providing what you are selling is yours to sell and is not of an illegal or illicit nature you can sell almost anything. Refer to terms and conditions
What types of classified adverts are there?

Most general categories appear on the Esperance Trader classified section. Esperance Trader does not include ads of a personal nature or ads for employment.

There are three types of ads that can be placed in the classified section.

  • FOR SALE – All Classifieds are FREE
  • WANTED – Ads for wanted items may be placed at no charge in any category.
  • FREE - A category is provided for any items you wish to give away. There is no charge for placing an ad in this category
What payment methods do you have?
All adverts are now free
Secure payment is available by credit card or direct deposit using Pay Pal.

Alternatively you can pay for your ads by cheque or money order and posting your payment with a printed copy of you invoice to

If you choose to pay by cheque or money order, then your add will not be authorized until payment has been received by Esperance Trader
How long will my ‘For Sale’ or 'Wanted' advert stay online?

Your Ad will stay on the Esperance Trader site until your item is stamped with SOLD or FOUND.

Ads can be stamped with either SOLD or FOUND by accessing member’s adverts and clicking on the advert status bar. Once stamped ads are removed after a designated period of time.
How do I place an advert?

The first thing you need to do is become an Esperance Trader member.

It’s easy and it’s free. To become a member please click register on the menu. For detailed instructions visit FAQ

Once you have become a member simply log on and click place an advert on the menu.
